These Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms" or the “Agreement”) set forth the terms and conditions for the use of the website https://vibeskills.ai/ and its related services, and govern the relationship between Vibe Skills and the Users.

1. General Provisions

By accessing the Website, registering, or making a payment for the Services, the User fully and unconditionally agrees to be bound by these Terms.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between the User and Vibe Skills regarding access to the Website, use of the Services, and interaction with any content provided.

These Terms shall be read and interpreted in conjunction with the Privacy Policy and any other policies or legal notices published on the Website, all of which form an integral part of this Agreement.

All provisions of these Terms are binding on all Users of the Website without exception.

If a User does not agree with any part of these Terms, they must immediately cease using the Website.

2. Definitions

Website – the online resource located at https://vibeskills.ai/, including all subdomains, pages, and related services.

Vibe Skills – Vibe Skills.

User – any legally capable individual accessing the materials and services of the Website, regardless of whether they have registered.

Services – educational and informational products provided on a paid or free basis, including but not limited to video lessons, courses, webinars, written content, practical assignments and projects, consultations, course completion certificates and access to the Website, its functional features and to private community.

3. Services, Payment, and Refunds

3.1. Grant of Access and License
Upon full payment of the applicable fee, the User is granted a limited, revocable, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access and use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes.

The license does not permit reproduction, resale, public display, commercial use, or redistribution of any part of the content, nor creation of derivative works or uploading materials to third-party platforms without prior written consent from Vibe Skills.

3.2. Nature of the Services
The Services are informal, digital self-development tools powered by artificial intelligence and human input. They are not part of any accredited or state-recognised educational program. The term “school” is used descriptively and does not imply legal status or government approval. No academic degrees, diplomas, or licensed certificates are issued.

3.3. Payment Terms
All Services are provided on a paid basis unless otherwise stated. Prices are listed in U.S. dollars or local currency and include taxes where applicable, unless otherwise specified.

Payment must be completed before any access to the Services is granted. Accepted payment methods include major credit cards and other electronic options listed on the Website.

Some or all payments may be processed through Stripe, Inc. or another third-party payment service provider. The User agrees to its applicable terms and conditions.

The User is solely responsible for providing accurate billing and payment information.

3.4. Delivery of Services
A Service is considered delivered when the User is granted access to the relevant course materials, personal learning account, or designated online session.

3.5. Refund Policy
The User may request a full refund within seven (7) calendar days of purchase, provided that no more than twenty percent (20%) of the course content has been accessed or completed.

No refunds are available once the course has been completed or more than 20% of its content has been accessed.

Refund requests must be submitted in writing via the contact form or support email provided on the Website.

3.6. User Due Diligence
Before making any purchase, the User is responsible for reviewing the course description, structure, duration, and prerequisites to ensure that the Service meets their individual needs and expectations.

3.7. Disclaimer of Guarantees
Vibe Skills does not guarantee any specific outcome, result, or level of achievement from the use of its Services.

3.8. Changes to Services and Course Content
Vibe Skills reserves the right to modify, update, enhance, replace, or remove any part of the Services at any time.

4. Registration and User Account

To access paid Services and certain Website features, the User must complete registration by providing a valid email address and creating a secure password.

The User is fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.

User Requirements

• Users must be at least 16 years old, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian.
• Users must provide accurate and up-to-date information during registration.
• Each User is allowed to create and use only one account.
• Sharing account access with third parties is strictly prohibited.

5. Rights and Obligations of the Parties

Vibe Skills’ Obligations:

• To provide access to the purchased Services in a timely manner.
• To provide technical and organizational support in relation to the use of the Website.
• To protect the User’s personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.

User’s Obligations:

• To comply with these Terms and applicable laws.
• Not to use the Website or the Services for unlawful purposes.
• Not to distribute materials obtained through the Website to unauthorized third parties.
• Not to copy, publish, or commercially use the Services without permission.
• To make timely payment for any purchased Services.

6. Intellectual Property and User Content

All content on the Website is protected by intellectual property laws. Rights belong to Vibe Skills or other rights holders.

User retains rights to content they create. By posting content, the User grants Vibe Skills a license to use it within the Website and related platforms.

Vibe Skills reserves the right to moderate or remove any content or account that violates the Terms or applicable laws.

7. Nature of the Services and Legal Disclaimer

The Services do not constitute formal educational programs subject to accreditation or licensing.

All content is provided “as is” without guarantees of uninterrupted access, effectiveness, or error-free use.

8. Indemnification

The User agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Vibe Skills from any claims or damages arising out of their misuse of the Services.

9. Limitation of Liability

The User acknowledges that use of the Services is at their own risk.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vibe Skills’ liability is limited to the total amount paid by the User for the Services within the last six (6) months.

10. Amendments

Vibe Skills reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time.

Registered Users will be notified of material changes at least thirty (30) days before they take effect.

11. Termination

Users may delete their account at any time.

Vibe Skills may terminate access for violations, fraud, inactivity, or legal requirements.

12. Miscellaneous

No Waiver – Failure to enforce any provision does not waive Vibe Skills’ rights.

Severability – Invalid provisions shall be modified or removed while the rest remain effective.

Entire Agreement – These Terms constitute the full agreement between the User and Vibe Skills.

No Partnership – Nothing creates a partnership, agency, or employment relationship.

Assignment – User may not transfer rights without written consent from Vibe Skills.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Swiss Confederation.

Disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of the Swiss Confederation.
